Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented National Service Scheme (NSS) Personnel to join our operations team as a fulfillment representative for their mandatory service year. In this hands-on role at our fast-paced trade-in company, you will be on the front lines of our reverse logistics process, responsible for receiving, unboxing, and accurately logging incoming customer trade-ins, such as electronics or consumer goods. You will assist the technical team by conducting preliminary visual and quality inspections, like checking for physical damage and verifying models, before carefully packaging, labeling, and shipping out processed or refurbished items to their next destination. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, entry-level experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, and quality control while playing a crucial part in our sustainable trade-in lifecycle.
Skills Required
Candidates must be officially registered and eligible for deployment by the National Service Secretariat, preferably holding a degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Success in this role requires a high level of meticulousness to track multiple items without error, along with basic digital literacy to update our inventory management software and CRM. You must possess a proactive, hands-on mindset, be comfortable working in a dynamic processing environment, and have the physical ability to manage daily unboxing and packaging tasks. Most importantly, an eagerness to learn our grading standards and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the customer service and technical teams are essential to ensure a smooth, efficient trade-in process.
