Sales Representative (NSS)

In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, beginning with prospecting and generating new leads through cold outreach, social selling, and networking. You will systematically track all opportunities within our CRM, conduct thorough needs analyses to present our products effectively, and negotiate terms to overcome objections. Ultimately, your goal is to close contracts to consistently meet or exceed quotas while gathering vital market feedback and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale onboarding experience for every customer.

Success in this position requires a strategic blend of technical sales proficiency and strong interpersonal abilities. You must be comfortable using CRM software, applying proven sales methodologies, and using your business acumen to clearly articulate product value and ROI. Equally important are your soft skills: exceptional active listening to truly understand customer pain points, the resilience to gracefully handle rejection and objections, persuasive communication for impactful presentations, and the emotional intelligence necessary to quickly build genuine rapport.
