    11

    01. How Does Hiring noir. Impact students ?
Hiring Noir directly creates practical, measurable impact for students in the following ways:

    1. Income for Daily Upkeep
Students earn dignified pay that helps cover food, transport, and basic needs, reducing financial stress that often disrupts academic focus, especially for female students.

    2. Real-World Work Experience
Students work on actual client projects (events, shoots, productions), not simulations. This builds confidence, professionalism, and a strong portfolio before graduation.

    3. Skill-to-Market Alignment
Paid jobs reinforce the technical skills they’re trained in, photography, videography, business admin, and other creative skills, bridging the gap between theory and industry expectations.

    4. Business & Professional Discipline
Students learn punctuality, client communication, pricing awareness, teamwork, and accountability, skills employers consistently say graduates lack.

    5. Safer Employment Pathways
Noir provides structured, supervised opportunities that reduce students’ exposure to unstable or exploitative work often taken out of financial necessity.

    6. Long-Term Career Trajectory
Early exposure to paid creative work helps students discover viable career paths, build networks, and transition smoothly into freelancing, entrepreneurship, or formal employment.

    7. Confidence & Agency
Being trusted with paid work validates students’ abilities, strengthens self-belief, and shifts their mindset from “student” to “professional.”
